Mia Rose Frampton is an American actress. She portrayed Becca Keeler, the younger sister of Payson Keeler, in the ABC drama series Make It or Break It.

She is also the namesake of a ballad that her father, Peter Frampton wrote for her called "Mia Rose."
Mia was born in Nashville, Tennessee, in 1996, to Peter Frampton, a famous rock and roll English musician, and Tina Elfers. She has one half sibling, through her mother, named Tiffany Wiest, and two half siblings, Jade and Jullian Frampton, from her father's previous marriage.
