Chelsea Hobbs is a Canadian actress and singer. She portrayed main character Emily Kmetko in the first, second and third seasons of the ABC drama series Make It or Break It.
Career[]
During her youth, Hobbs has appeared in over 40 commercials, and has appeared in the kids' improvisational TV series, No Adults Aloud. Her lead role as "Gerda" in Hallmark's Snow Queen and subsequent Leo Award nomination led to a TV pilot, Save the Last Dance. Hobbs had a recurring role on The L Word and played a part in Lords of Dogtown and Beach Girls.[2]
She has also appeared in Lifetime films such as The Party Never Stops: Diary of a Binge Drinker, along side Sara Paxton, and Confessions of a Go-Go Girl.
In 2009, Hobbs acquired the role of top gymnast, Emily Kmetko, in ABC Family's Make It or Break It.
In mid-April 2010, Hobbs (as Courtney Haywood) and her Make It or Break It co-star Cassie Scerbo (as Hillary Swanson) guest starred on CSI: Miami in episode "Spring Breakdown".
Personal life[]
Chelsea has been married to photographer, Terence Oddo since 2004. They have daughter, Wylie (born in 2008) and a son (born 27 April 2011). [3] Her pregnancy was written into her Make It or Break It character's storyline.
